Ingredients
  1. 1 spoonful ground flax seed
  2. 1 spoonful hemp protein powder
  3. 1/2 c. frozen mixed berries
  4. 1/2 c. orange juice
  5. 1-2 inches wheatgrass (or 1-2 spoonfuls)
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
Notes
  1. You can also add some fresh lime juice or agave sweetener.
