Ingredients
  1. 4 cups non-dairy milk (I like coconut based milk)
  2. 1 cup rice
  3. 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
  4. 2 tbsp maple syrup
  5. 1/4 tsp cardamom or cinnamon
  6. 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
  1. Simmer the rice in the rice milk for about 20 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
  2. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring well to incorporate.
  3. Serve warm or chill before serving.
