Ingredients
  1. 3 cups Jasmine rice rinsed
  2. 3 cups cold water
  3. 400 ml coconut cream
  4. 3 cm fresh root ginger peeled and sliced
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan over a high heat.
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Serve.
