Ingredients
  1. 2 small apples
  2. 1 kiwi
  3. 1 large handful chopped kale
  4. juice of 1 lime
  5. 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
  6. 2 tsp spirlina powder
  7. around 400ml cold water
Instructions
  1. Blend until smooth and drink straight away, as the smoothie can separate

  1. 1 spoonful ground flax seed
  2. 1 spoonful hemp protein powder
  3. 1/2 c. frozen mixed berries
  4. 1/2 c. orange juice
  5. 1-2 inches wheatgrass (or 1-2 spoonfuls)
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
Notes
  1. You can also add some fresh lime juice or agave sweetener.

  2. 1/2 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned in juice)
  3. 1/2 cup vegan milk soy, rice, coconut or almond
  4. 1/2 – 1 cup ice cubes

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Drink immediately.
